This onsite role involves providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support for mechanical and digital products via voice, email, and chat, directly impacting customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless support across voice, email, and chat channels.
  • Resolve Tier 1 issues for digital and smart products, including connectivity, app functionality, and login inquiries.
  • Provide customers with tailored guidance and product solutions.
  • Process customer inquiries and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve outcomes.
  • Identify customer pain points and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Document customer interactions and track cases through to resolution.
  • Drive first-contact resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience using CRM platforms, customer service systems, or ticketing tools.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Experience working across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and learning new systems.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting digital or smart technology products is desirable.
  • Preferably have experience within a contact centre environment.
