Responsibilities
- Manage complex Radio Network projects from design through acceptance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to meet project timelines, improve profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead change management efforts for smooth project transitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Capture and share best practices to improve delivery processes.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support team member development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager with demonstrated success in end-to-end network deployment project management.
- Experience with Tier 1 customers is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams by setting clear goals, developing talent, and delivering results.
- Strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at both working and executive levels.
- Solid understanding of project financials, team coordination, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Site Swap and Site Modernization projects.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Ericsson Network Rollout processes, tools, and deployment methodologies is an advantage.
