Ericsson is looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager II to lead end-to-end Radio Network projects in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex Radio Network projects from design through acceptance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to meet project timelines, improve profitability, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Lead change management efforts for smooth project transitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Capture and share best practices to improve delivery processes.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment and support team member development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Project Manager with demonstrated success in end-to-end network deployment project management.
  • Experience with Tier 1 customers is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams by setting clear goals, developing talent, and delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at both working and executive levels.
  • Solid understanding of project financials, team coordination, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with Site Swap and Site Modernization projects.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Ericsson Network Rollout processes, tools, and deployment methodologies is an advantage.
