Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead for its Quick Commerce operations in Mysore, Karnataka, focusing on Last Mile execution. Responsibilities

Manage and drive the growth of Channel partners/stores' business with Amazon.
Build and execute strategic account plans to deliver key business opportunities.
Visit targeted number of stores on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating model, and SOPs.
Enable network with new product launches and partner with operations teams.
Maintain and publish routine performance reports for stores and overall network health.
Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
Build and manage a multi-layer team, mentoring associates and driving performance.
Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with stores.
Improve operational aspects with stores to enhance delivery experience and efficiency.
Enhance engagement with accounts to improve business and increase retention.
Drive stores against goals (Volume, FTR, and other key metrics).
Handle day-to-day operational escalations and be available round the clock.
Manage internal and external stakeholders.
Support station operations and/or customer deliveries.
Lead operations for over 20k packages, managing Delivery Service Partners and drivers.
Develop strategies to streamline Last Mile operations.
Lead UTR & OTR TLs and over 30 Associates, solving complex problems and making key decisions.
Foster a culture of safety.
Monitor and improve drivers' and associates' performance.
Assemble the right team, assign tracking strategy, and control operations for timely delivery.

High ownership: follow through to ensure delivery of changes/solutions/services.
Analytical skills: effectively analyze and interpret information, identify key facts, and review alternatives.
Bachelor Degree / MBA.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced Communication skills.
Operations/People Handling skills.
Experience in a customer-facing environment.
Experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.

Desired Qualifications

Preferably from Sales/Telecom background.
