Experience creating job aids, guides, presentations, or assessment materials.
Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
Ability to follow established templates, brand standards, and design guidelines.
Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
