Responsibilities
- Build and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy for leaders and SMEs.
- Manage an executive editorial calendar and drive visibility through content, LinkedIn, and speaking engagements.
- Provide counsel and support for executive positioning needs.
- Establish and chair an ELT Editorial Board for communications governance.
- Establish, lead, and evolve a global Speakers’ Bureau for thought leadership.
- Design and manage a global speaking opportunity framework.
- Maintain Speakers’ Bureau procedures, governance, and audit routines.
- Oversee spokesperson readiness, workflows, measurement, and amplification.
- Lead key Tetra Laval communications and reputation stewardship activities, including PR, issues, and crisis management.
- Drive brand, corporate, and operational communication activities for Tetra Laval, including the annual report and donations program.
Requirements
- 13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles.
- Proven experience advising and supporting senior executives or high-profile leaders.
- Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management.
- Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
- Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging abilities tailored for executive audiences.
- Polished executive presence with strong influencing and advisory skills.
- Expertise in strategic planning, editorial management, and thought leadership development.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Crisis and issues management capability with calm, strategic decision-making.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to connect enterprise-level narratives with market realities.
- High level of professionalism, maturity, and accountability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related disciplines.
