Ericsson's Early Career Program seeks a Commercial Contract Manager in Stockholm for an 18-month rotational journey focused on commercial impact and leadership development. This role involves managing complex contractual questions, contributing to global strategies, and engaging in high-priority deals within the telecommunications sector.

Responsibilities

Work with experienced Contract Managers on complex contractual questions for the Networks Portfolio.
Contribute to the implementation of the Global Sales and Networks Contracting strategy.
Engage in selected high-priority deals as a Business Area Contract Manager.
Ensure lessons learned are captured and reused to evolve contracting strategy.
Support and participate in strengthening the Contract Management community across Ericsson.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or equivalent.
Experience in Contract Management, Law or Project Management (Sales and Commercial roles are also relevant).
Strong analytics skills, ability to extract relevant information from large source material.
Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding and awareness of Telecoms & Technology sectors and the role of Contracts in business.
Global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally.
Desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience.
Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results.
Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Desired Qualifications

Recently graduated or up to five years of relevant experience.
Interest for business and commercial contract management combined with a technical interest in the telecommunications industry.
