Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for workplace information and communications systems, including Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and workstations, including basic network and system issues.
- Help maintain data integrity and file system security, including managing permissions and access in Microsoft 365.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Support research and provide recommendations for hardware and software solutions.
- Assist with ongoing IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Help deliver basic training and guidance to users on common applications and tools.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- General understanding of Windows-based systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, and VPN).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.

- Exposure to Active Directory concepts.
