As a Cloud Solution Architect Azure Infra, you will lead a team to ensure customers achieve value from their Microsoft technology investments, focusing on Azure infrastructure for AI readiness. You will build relationships with IT decision-makers, provide customer insights to product teams, and architect scalable cloud solutions using CAF and WAF best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption.
Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights and best practices with Engineering teams.
Deliver excellence by owning committed pipeline and ensuring delivery aligned with customer expectations.
Drive Customer Success business results by ensuring customers understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services for AI solutions.
Run Architectural Design Sessions to plan and implement solutions using CAF Landing Zones.
Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical expertise.
Demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous skilling and engagement in relevant communities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Mandarin speaking

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
