In short

As Head of Core Networks Solution & Delivery Transformation - Americas, you will lead the strategy to enhance solutioning and service delivery for Core Networks, adopting a modern, data-driven, software-first operating model. You will drive Automation + AI initiatives, manage a team of senior contributors, and collaborate across multiple organizations to achieve measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the SSD_OS roadmap, translating strategy into prioritized business-outcome use cases.
Define industrialization priorities and expected outcomes for solutioning and service delivery.
Shape and drive Automation + AI direction across solutioning and service delivery flows.
Define enabling guardrails for data, security, privacy, compliance, observability, quality, and AI cost transparency.
Lead a small team of senior individual contributors and mobilize matrix programs.
Define and operate executive and operational performance tracking.
Develop communication assets for executive alignment and customer roadshows.
Listen to stakeholders, convert insights into SSD_OS priorities, and maintain proactive engagement.
Travel for customer and stakeholder engagements (10–20%).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other science disciplines.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in customer delivery and program management.
Ability to connect technical complexity to business priorities and executive decisions.
Constructive challenger mindset; action-oriented, comfortable with build, try, learn and adjust.
Practical awareness of automation, data platforms, APIs, observability and agentic AI is an advantage.
Excellent communication, listening, influencing, and executive stakeholder-management capability.
Proven ability to structure complex programs, set priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Ability to lead across matrix organizations and mobilize customers, Customer Units, Business Areas, partners and peer functions.
Strong knowledge of the Core Networks portfolio and operational/business processes.
Demonstrated experience working across Market Area and Business Area interfaces and processes.
