Role Overview:

Average complexity/dependency chains for all new developments have increased multi-fold. This impacts engg velocity due to overhead for integration/validation from multiple engineering teams.
Need a team to a) manage all run-time change/configuration, b) ensure e2e availability of test environments, and c) automate functional test cases for on-demand spin-up of test environments.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

• Lead/contribute to engineering efforts from planning and organization to execution and delivery to solve complex engineering environment problems.
• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve the overall operational stability of software applications and systems.
• Lead end-to-end to ensure e2e availability of test environments and work across teams to drive awareness, improve processes, and use new and leading-edge technologies.  
• Work with multiple platform teams to automate functional test cases for on-demand spin-up of test environments.

About You :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and 6 plus years of successful and hands-on experience in software development, including design patterns and code structure using C# and Golang (must have minimum 1 year experience in Golang).
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS (S3, RDS, SQS, SNS, DynamoDb, Lambda).
• Experience with various databases, RDS (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDb, Cassandra, etc).
• Good understanding of container & serverless architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, AWS ECS).
• Proven experience driving changes across multiple teams and proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle with Test Driven and Domain Driven Development (TDD / DDD), including using automated test frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
