The Channel Manager for Kitchen Studios, reporting to the Sales Director UK & Ireland, will be responsible for developing and executing the channel strategy to drive sales, profitability, and market share growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Kitchen Studios channel strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and achievement of commercial targets.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with independent kitchen retailers, key accounts, and industry partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, annual trading agreements, and investment plans.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer development teams for product launches and retail activation.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPI delivery using data and insights.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing sales team through coaching and leadership.
  • Represent the Kitchen Studios channel within the wider UK and European commercial organisation.

Requirements

  • Commercially minded sales leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within a consumer goods or retail environment.
  • Significant sales and account management experience within a commercial consumer goods business.
  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, budget management, and business planning.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer partnerships and deliver profitable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using data and market insights to drive decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative leadership style.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of retail, kitchen, appliance, or related channels will be an advantage.
