Responsibilities

Track open legacy ECRs, actions, milestones, and overdue items across plants and regions.
Follow up with global stakeholders and maintain accurate status and lifecycle data.
Prepare recurring KPI updates, management reports, and concise presentations.
Collect and consolidate internal and external benchmarking information.
Support product resizing analyses for mature and end-of-life product families.
Identify potential cost optimization and product simplification opportunities.
Maintain reporting datasets and improve tracking, data validation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

Current student in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Good written and spoken English; comfortable working in an international environment.
Interest in product lifecycle management, manufacturing, benchmarking, and cost optimization.
Good Microsoft Excel knowledge: pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and dashboards
Good Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge: concise management presentations
Analytical thinking and confident data interpretation
Structured, organized, and detail-oriented working style
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Power BI knowledge is an advantage
Preferred: PLM / ECR workflow tools and ERP systems such as SAP
