Responsibilities
- Support regional and global sourcing initiatives.
- Develop, plan, and implement SCM strategy to optimize costs, quality, delivery, and reliability.
- Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and renew price lists, terms, and conditions.
- Adapt corporate contractual framework to local business needs.
- Oversee and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Identify, investigate, and select appropriate suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
- Establish local standard agreements with major suppliers.
- Manage supplier on-boarding, qualification, classification, and performance evaluation.
- Apply and implement SCM standards, tools, and processes for business continuity (Supplier Risk Management).
- Contribute to budget and target setting and ensure performance targets are achieved (Cost Reduction, Cash Improvement, Quality PPM, Supplier OTD).
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in supply chain management/ sourcing.
- Full-time Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical field.
- Experience in SAP.
- Good at strategic sourcing skills.
- Sound knowledge in commodity working in mechanical products.
- Sound knowledge in New Product Development activity.
- Good at Negotiation.
- Good at new vendor development.
- Good at SCM Policy Implementation.
- Collaboration with Global Commodity SCM Team.
- Focusing on Cost Reduction of Product.
