- Resolve supplier and invoice-related issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and purchasing documentation.
- Support sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP processes and supplier evaluations.
- Analyze pricing, spending trends, and purchasing data to identify savings opportunities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and suppliers to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and purchase order lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1+ year of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
