The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme is seeking candidates for a Business Program Management Intern role. This internship focuses on building an inclusive hiring approach for candidates with disabilities and offers hands-on experience in program execution, business analysis, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis of business trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing recommendations to improve business processes, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program delivery from initiation through completion.
Help define and track success metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Create reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications that support business decision-making.
Support change management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Contribute to program reviews by analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme.
Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business, Business Management, Operations, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
