Microsoft is seeking an Azure Databricks GBB Solution Sales Advisor in Latin America to lead technical sales and drive cloud adoption. This full-time, remote role involves building relationships with customers and partners, acting as a subject matter expert, and contributing to go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

Lead business-level discussions with LATAM customers about Databricks workloads, enterprise computing modernization, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with Microsoft account and solution teams to assess customer Databricks strategies and present Microsoft's Databricks strategy.
Serve as an Azure Databricks subject matter expert for sales teams, cloud architects, and solution specialists.
Develop engagement approaches using resources from Microsoft Databricks architects, product teams, and engineering.
Brief Microsoft executives on complex sales opportunities, competitive strategies, and close plans.
Collaborate with partners to communicate a joint value proposition to customers.
Help shape Microsoft Azure Databricks go-to-market strategies across LATAM by providing feedback on product requirements and sales barriers.
Share knowledge, embrace continuous learning, and drive work that delivers business impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
8+ years of experience in technical solution architecture and enterprise sales, business development, strategic consulting, technical consulting, or relevant industry.
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese.
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
12+ years of experience in technical solution architecture and enterprise sales, business development, strategic consulting, technical consulting, or relevant industry.
Relevant technical certification(s) in cloud technologies, solution architecture, or related domain (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) or equivalent industry certification.
Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish is preferred.
