Ericsson seeks an Automation Engineer - BPMS in Noida, India, to design, develop, and integrate Business Process Management (BPM) systems using WebMethods. The role involves ensuring software components meet business and customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adhering to best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and integrate BPM solutions and services using WebMethods suite (Designer, Integration Server, MWS, JDBC Adapters).
Administer WebMethods environments including production deployments, testing, support, and maintenance activities.
Develop, debug, and enhance code components; write and optimize SQL queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional project teams within Ericsson for integration, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in development and integration using WebMethods (Designer, Integration Server, MWS, JDBC Adapters).
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Web Services technologies (REST, SOAP), WSDL, XML, flat files, and SQL.
Good knowledge of Java programming and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
Minimum 2 years of experience in WebMethods and BPM.
B.Tech or equivalent degree.

Desired Qualifications

Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Python programming, and Agile ways of working is advantageous.
Overall about 4 years of experience.
