Nordea is seeking an Associate Process Specialist for their night shift team in Łódź, Poland. This role involves supporting customers with treasury and payments, processing various financial transactions, and performing reporting and reconciliation. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive evening-shift pay.

Responsibilities

Handle and process a wide range of treasury products, including payments, trades, FX transactions, and cash movements
Position keeping - keeping track of the bank’s position with external banks in various currencies
Facilitating transfers between Group USD accounts and the Federal Reserve Bank account
Performing various month end / quarter end reporting and reconciliation
Actively gaining process knowledge to provide required service level and E2E understanding
Perform any specific tasks, instructions, projects, or other duties as required by the department
Representing the unit professionally in order to create good reputation of Nordea Working within international environment

Requirements

Great communication skills in English (spoken and written on professional level)
Skilled in managing various systems and good with Microsoft office tools
Experience working in an international team spread across multiple countries
Eager to work in afternoon/night hours

Desired Qualifications

University degree and previous relevant experience would be an advantage
Experience working with payments or treasury products / business background would be an advantage
Is a team player who inspires others, leads by example, and fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability
Can maintain a high focus on quality and is able to work under pressure
Is a quick learner, eager to gain new knowledge and prepare SOP’s if needed
Has analytical mindset, high attention to details, positive drive and can-do attitude
Has flexible approach towards changes and experience in delivering improvements as a part of a team
