This is a contract role for an Associate, ML Data Operations, supporting automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. You will perform precise video and image audits to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. This operational role requires high attention to detail and the ability to work in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

Watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses based on accuracy, speed, and best practices.
Audit image/video/text based jobs with high degree of accuracy and speed.
Indicate activity captured in videos and verify or mark product locations.
Aid in defect reduction and maintain fulfillment center stow quality.
Work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts, including potential night shifts.
Adhere to break schedules and dedicated workspace requirements for remote work.

Requirements

Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
Ability to identify details from blurry or less sharp videos with high attention and focus.
Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
Fast pace of implementation and consistent performance.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (for remote associates).
Willing to switch ON laptop camera during virtual meetings.

Desired Qualifications

Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Benefits

Contract duration of 6 months.
Night shift allowance will be provided as per applicable Amazon's work policy for night shifts.
Rotational two-consecutive day off (5-day working week).
