We are seeking an experienced Senior ADAS AI Engineer to drive AI model deployment, optimization, and production readiness for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Responsibilities include deploying and optimizing ADAS AI models (LLMs, VLMs) on automotive platforms, focusing on deep learning model compiling, algorithm optimization, performance benchmarking, and AI framework integration.

Responsibilities

Drive AI model deployment, optimization, and production readiness for ADAS.
Responsible for the deployment and optimization of ADAS AI models, including LLMs and VLMs, on automotive platforms.
Deep Learning Models Compiling, Algorithm optimization, Performance Benchmark, AI application integration, AI framework Integration.
Model accuracy tuning, PTQ/QAT quantization finetune.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI deployment, embedded AI systems, or related domains.
C++/Python/Java programming experience.
Strong expertise in LLMs, VLMs, and modern AI architectures.
Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and mainstream LLMs).
Experience with performance benchmarking and analysis.
Familiarity with one or more AI frameworks like Tensorflow, Pytorch, ONNX.
Familiarity with major AI accelerator chip architecture (e.g., GPU card or data center experience).
Familiarity with PTQ and QAT workflow and algorithm.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications

Experience of model accuracy finetune is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
