Responsibilities

Communicate processes related to agility, automation, and innovation to different users.
Participate in the development of processes and tools like SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, ServiceNow, and PowerApps.
Help solve quality issues and monitor indicators.
Provide assistance and support to Local IT teams.
Drive workshops and training sessions on processes, tools, and best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (user manuals, SOPs).
Register and follow requests in the backlog from Local IT teams.
Drive operational meetings.
Facilitate collaboration between local IT teams and other departments.
Engage and facilitate Yammer communities by posting content and sharing useful information.
Create training connected to Digital solutions managed within the team.
Support the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Studying Information technology, engineering, or a similar field.
B2 level in English.
Good interpersonal communication.
Proactivity.
Analytical profile.
Agile mindset.
Logical reasoning.
Willingness to bring about significant changes and learn.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in Local IT Delivery Quality & Enablement Management.
Familiarity with IT Ops stable team interactions.
Experience with digital solutions.
