Responsibilities

Follow SOPs or manager's instructions and ensure tasks are quality compliant
Contribute to project improvement ideas
Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks as per SOP and SLA
Proactively raise issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders
Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Desired Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced Ops environment
Experience in a very international environment
High visibility position with scope for creativity and self-development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create and manage work plans, timelines, and accommodate multiple priorities
