Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition (TA) efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement:
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the implementation of employee feedback surveys and analyze results.
  • Help create and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop programs that enhance employee morale and teamwork.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Participate in candidate outreach and follow-up communications.
  • Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for HR and a desire to learn more about employee engagement and talent acquisition.

Liaise with payroll to guarantee smooth salary payments. What we are looking for in you Track record of exceptional achievement from high school, through graduate studies and career. Experience working in an entry-level role in an HR/People team is beneficial, preferably in the Technology industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Able to prioritize complex workloads, manage time effectively and work well under pressure.  Self-motivated and results-orientated with a clear focus on accuracy.  High level of honesty, integrity, and ability to handle confidential data.  Flexible attitude and easily adaptable to change.  Willing to take the initiative and provide suggestions and ideas to contribute to the success of the role/team.
