Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition (TA) efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support the implementation of employee feedback surveys and analyze results. Help create and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to develop programs that enhance employee morale and teamwork. Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Participate in candidate outreach and follow-up communications. Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). About the role: We are looking for a talented Associate Devops Engineer  to join us in building best-in-class DevOps infrastructure for scaling to the next 100M users. The ideal candidate should be excited to work on a multitude of different problems while having full ownership. Key Responsibilities : Architect, Build, Maintain, and Upgrade highly available software systems Run a highly available Cloud-based software product on AWS Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability, and service quality Work very closely with the Software Development team to design and implement new systems Set up and maintain CI/CD systems. Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources. Manage and maintain databases and data warehouses, including performance tuning and schema design.
