Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role will primarily focus on assisting with employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition (TA) efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events. Support the implementation of employee feedback surveys and analyze results. Help create and distribute internal communications related to engagement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to develop programs that enhance employee morale and teamwork. Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Participate in candidate outreach and follow-up communications. Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
