Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities BOM Manager

Prepare and maintain PMXU for the program in consultation with VMTL

Prepare "Add" and "Delete" list for the program

Prepare the module matrix for the program based on program scope and feature list

Maintain and support the module option value control and ensure smooth SVR releases

Centrally control the 16R release version as per software release plan

Prepare indent items list along with qty. for supporting build and testing activity

Maintain track of approved indents

Plan the sync release activity and provide inputs for the zonal leads

Maintain package verification plan

Workout DMU demerit plans and resolution plan

Work for delivery of BOM compliance as per WCQ

Track and ensures 100% IFD at DR3

Plan, track and deliver VLO targets - digital and physical

Plan, track and check for 100% part traceability as per TS 10814

Delivers 100% BOM weight rolled-up compliance

Plan, track and check the DML maturity as per WCQ passing criteria

Technical specification update and checking in PLM/TCUA at VC level

Support the design validation process by maintain baseline data and addon data log
