Job Description & Responsibility     
1. Experience in brake design Calculations and aggregate selection of hydraulic brake system
2. Deeper knowledge and understanding of domain aggregate like caliper, drum brake, Booster , Master cylinder.
3. Experience Brake disc and drum design and knowledge of reqquireemtns related to the same. 
4. Understanding CAE reports and taking corrective action based on same.
5. Exposure to newer technologies in brake system like Electic parking brake, electric vacuum pump, vacuum sensor etc.
6.Good understanding of CMVR regulations in domestic and international market related to Braking and parking system.  
7. Experience in making RFQ-s, specification sheets, DVP and DFMEA.
8. Proficiency in DMU & Packaging in ProE Creo.  Initial Concept layout Preparation. 
9. Knowledge to apply GD & T, Excel Based and Teamcentre base Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA)
10. Hands on Experience on PLM, Team Centre, TCuA, TPL . Knowledge of change management tools like  DML ,ECN, DCR , knowlwdge of spare parts usage.
11) Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly processes. (Welding, Sheet metal forming, casting, forging, machining  etc)
12) Knowledge of DFA,DFM and DFS 
13) Hands on experience in Component and Vehicle Testing and resolution of  validation issues.
14) Ability to prepare Knowledge management( KM)  document as per on the job learning , supplier visit and new technology demonstration
14) Ability to support Owners and Service manual creation.
15) Good knowledge of other vehicle aggregates for Sub system integration.
16) Ability to  Support for creation of Design manual and design rules

"Primarily Skill :
1) Proficient in CREO (2D, 3D & Mechanism), Teamcente, PLM, TS viewer, Excel based calculation sheets and Power point (MS Office), RMDVV,TcUA and Design calculations
2) Good knowledge of Vehicle & brake system aggregates
3) Designing knowledge of Sheet metal, Plastic, and casting parts.
4) Gen 3 and WCQ process, Problem Solving Techniques like 8D, PDCA and its tools"    
"Secondary Skill :
1) Benchmarking of other aggregate (Powertrain, Vacuum pump, Compressor and Power Electronics, etc.) to learn overall package along with Brake system by using A2MAC1, Physical Benchmarking"
