Minimum qualifications:

  • 6 years of relevant experience in operation and strategy consulting
  • Experience in subscription service management and partner management
  • Experience launching services internationally and developing, executing growth campaigns (both paid and free) to accelerate subscriber acquisition across a funnel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience with ongoing partner relationship management; ability to serve as an advocate for your product category internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues
  • Experience working with various growth channels like CRM, In app, Paid Media, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels

The Google Nest team focuses on hardware, software, and services for the home, ranging from Nest thermostats to Nest smart displays. The Google Nest team develops, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make users’ homes more helpful. Our mission is the helpful home: to create a home that cares for the people inside it and the world around it

Responsibilities

  • Identify market opportunities, build business cases, define strategy and vision for Google service products, with focus on Google Home platform and services
  • Work closely with Business Development and partner management teams in addition to Nest leadership to support ongoing negotiations with key partners through building detailed business models
  • Ability to deliver quickly on multiple time sensitive asks that support our leadership conversations with the partner and maximize Google value from top partnerships in which we've made sizable investments
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and many other teams to execute on partner growth campaigns at scale and with high velocity
  • Partner with analytics team to drive rigorous experimentation and success metrics on all partner growth campaigns
