Product Analyst, Search, Data Science and Engineering

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience with analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in strategic analysis or operations management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification).
- Experience with experimental design, training, data analysis, survey design, and statistical modeling.
- Ability to apply statistical training to real-world data.
- Ability to complete projects separately and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide quantitative support, market understanding and a strategic perspective to our partners throughout the organization. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to identify growth and quality opportunities for the product.
- Work with large data sets and solve non-routine investigative issues, use problem-solving and statistical methods to the issues to measure quality, improve consumer products, and understand the behavior of end-users.
- Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders, and storytelling with data.
