Job Description

As a Digital Publishing Team Lead at Publicis Sapient, you will partner with federal health clients undertaking major digital engagement initiatives. You will work within a cross-functional, highly-capable team to deliver digital public health content and experiences that break through the noise and reach users where they are.

Your Impact:

  • Support the overall communications mission of a large NIH institute, playing a key role in the execution of content strategy.
  • Working closely and leading a team of Publicis Sapient content strategists and experience designers to prepare and publish digital content for the benefit of public health.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to federal staff on content publishing and content strategy.
  • Identifying pain points in the content lifecycle and enacting change to increase the impact, reach, and volume of digital content dissemination.
  • Maintain a website for a govt client; triage help desk submissions. 
  • Oversee scans on the website and fix broken link scans.
  • Deploy people on team to update constant stream of content by being highly detail-oriented. 
  • Working in sprints for execution of publishing tasks by completing projects within a timeline. 

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident.
  • Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance – public trust.
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with public-facing websites, using content management systems, and performing quality, link, and metadata checks prior to publishing.
  • Experience with content formatting including content layout, style, and font treatments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain content publishing velocity.
  • Experience reporting on project status, including actions completed, actions planned, and risk.

You will lead IT Program Management Office and have direct accountability for operationalization of all cross-functional initiatives and processes to meet our strategic goals, including developing roadmaps, launch readiness, eliminating friction points, risk-mitigation, communication, reporting and dashboards, and on-time delivery.   As the VP, GETS Strategy and Operations leader, you will provide key decision support to the Information Technology Senior Leadership with their operational planning, and assist them with adoption of consistent, best-in-class approaches, tools, and processes that will be centrally formulated and executed regionally/ locally. This role will also lead the change management for enterprise-wide technology rollouts to deliver the best-in-class technology experience for all our associates, in partnership with the Product Management and R&D teams. You will also lead the IT Compliance and Auditing teams and provide oversight to all internal communications within and from GETS, in alignment with enterprise communication guidelines and calendar. This role reports to ADP’s Global Chief Information Officer.   The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with leadership, management, collaboration, and effective cross-functional communication capabilities. Proven business leadership with a focus on strategy and planning, results accountability, and financial management.      This role will need to be located in Roseland, NJ working in a hybrid work environment, working in the office 3 days with the opportunity to work from home the other 2 days a week.   What You’ll Do: Strategic Vision: Partner with other leaders in technology and engineering organization to develop and socialize ADP’s multi-year Information Technology strategy to drive our next chapter of growth, focused on improving our security, resiliency, efficiency, and experience. Support the strategic planning process, prioritization of business objectives and resource allocation to activate our mission and vision Chief of Staff: Be the thought partner, advisor and strategic consultant to the CIO, provide insights and recommendations to influence key decision-making, support with Board updates, manage key relationships, and facilitate quarterly business reviews with the BU leaders and critical stakeholders Cross-functional PMO and Operational Excellence : Lead the Information Technology Program Management team and orchestrate several cross-functional and high-impact initiatives across the business and maintain a tight linkage with R&D and Product Management organization. Strengthen our FinOps / Bill of IT strategy and framework to drive greater financial accountability across key stakeholders for their technology  consumption. Responsible for deploying operational standards, prepares and distributes regular scorecards and other reporting, as needed. Facilitates monthly meetings to review key metrics and general updates with all levels of management Process management and standardization : Define overarching playbook of functions and activities to standardize business processes across GETS.  Establish a baseline of process opportunities that exist as well as identify friction points based on direct feedback from our GETS associates. Create and execute on actions plan to remove friction and improve processes. Change Management and Communications:  Lead the communication and change management strategy for end users as part of enterprise technology deployments to deliver an elevated associate experience. Proactively identify and manage the interdependencies and interconnectivity across the initiatives across all geographies.
