Job Description

  • Pre Sales Stage This role calls for involvement from early bid stage for statement of compliance formulating terms and conditions statement of work and pricing models for submission of bids
  • Working closely with the Sales legal finance and other relevant team members and acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams Developing appropriate commercial solutions and alternatives to suite the required delivery models charging methodology and help arriving at right price to win Drafting interpretation and redlining of contractual terms and conditions and responding to RFPs
  • Creating a commercial strategy providing guidance on a situational basis to the sales and delivery teams for finalization of contracts Lead support customer negotiations for commercial terms and schedules till finalization of the contract Working with internal teams for finalization of costing pricing profitability charging mechanism including other elements of commercial modelling
  • Accountability for internal reviews related to contract and commercial requirements
