Job Description Analyst- Talent Acquisition for Ethics, Audit, and Compliance is responsible for specialized roles in the ethics, audit, and compliance departments. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong relationships with stakeholders, adhere to the organization’s values and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Talent Acquisition: o Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies specifically for ethics, audit, and compliance roles. o Collaborate with TA Leads to understand the hiring needs and assess the Process Governance. o Preferred Candidates who have necessary audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and expertise in ethics and compliance. 2. Compliance & Risk Management: o Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. o Identify and mitigate risks related to hiring, such as compliance with data protection regulations and fair hiring practices. o Stay updated on industry regulations and emerging trends in ethics, audit, and compliance talent acquisition. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Certifications: Professional audit certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent (optional, but highly valued). Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on ethics, audit, and compliance roles, or relevant industry experience.
