Primary Responsibilities

Work with Project Management / Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items.
Support Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week.
Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices.
Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements
Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards
Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
Attend kick off meeting with the stack holders to understand the scope of the project.
Be a single point of contact for any topic related to ACI
Work closely with other teams to meet the deadlines and prioritize the items mentioned in the roadmap
Provide input to have the infrastructure on the latest technology
Drive the PLM towards success and have the risks mitigated by being agile and proactive.
Have a big Picture of the tasks driven and consider the leadership view to add value to Business
Work closely with design and operations team to minimize/ eliminate the Business impact.
Own the service and be responsible to the stakeholders
Attend regular meetings to draft the Priority items and complete the same.


Required Qualification:

Strong understanding on software defined network Cisco ACI Technology
Should have understanding on Tenant, EPG, Bridge domain, AEP, Policy group, interface profile, L3Out etc.
Should have strong design knowledge on existing SDN (ACI infra) DC.
16+ years of experience in Networking technology with 4+ years of experience in ACI technology.
Should have experience and skill to deploy new ACI fabric.
Configure ACI using GUI and automation.
Create Json code for Automation using API inspector specially for repetitive task and modify existing Json as per the requirement.
Should understand different Kinds for PRM automation.
Should be able to coordinate with PRM teams for new PRM automation requirement.
Should have understanding on Github.
Based on scope should be able to create the design.
Should know the fabric upgrade process.
Should have understanding on NSX Tear 0 connectivity with ACI infra.
Coordinate with different tenant owners for any project requirement and during critical risk changes.
Extensive technical Troubleshoot in enterprise & Datacenter environment. Good experience with network technical concepts, devices and platforms, 5+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting Cisco equipment
4+ years of experience on ACI platform
Proficient in products from Cisco, Arista, Meraki, Nexus 5K, 7K and 9K and other vendors.
Good knowledge on technologies like Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP and OSPF) Multi-VRF
Candidate should have good understanding on Monitoring tools like ..Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc .
Candidate should have past experience to deal with ISP / Onsite Customer with good communication skills set .
Candidate should be CCNP Certified , CCIE will be advantage .
Datacenter infrastructure / Virtualization Knowledge will be extra advantage .

The ideal candidate will be in Claremont, NC.   How You'll Help Us Connect the World: You will be responsible for a P&L of over $1.6B in BU revenue in this role. You will grow overall market share in the region and targeted accounts by developing and implementing the North American strategy encompassing Sales, Product Line Management, and R&D to deliver revenue growth, product innovation, and outstanding customer interfaces. Work to improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes supporting the overarching business unit strategy, implementing innovative change, and managing the product life cycle, NPI, value proposition creation, go-to-market strategy, and inventory levels. Through leadership and coaching, build a cohesive and connected team between Sales, Product Line Management, and R&D, creating an environment of collaboration and innovation supporting the region's customers. Sponsor the calibration between operations, planning, and procurement to set up and deliver a robust S&OP process to deliver a strong demand signal. Ensure commercial excellence by maintaining and building personal networks and connections with key customers and vendors ad industry experts. Build team capabilities through people development, develop future leaders, increasing both bench strength and diverse talent. Provide a forum for customer (internal and external) feedback to be shared within the organization to feed improvement areas and opportunities in areas such as new product development. Consistently monitor leading performance metrics and champion change for continuous improvement and success. Your accountability and impact will include growing regional market share and targeted accounts and providing detailed sales forecasts by region and product mix. Working with Operations, Planning, Procurement, CTO, and Channel leadership, you will manage over $1.6 billion in revenue.   Required Qualifications for Consideration: Completed bachelor’s degree combined with twenty or more years of experience as a senior leader with demonstrated success working in large, complex, highly matrixed organizations in sales, product line management and operations. Strong leadership capabilities to deliver results and to build and motivate teams of diverse disciplines. $100M+ P&L experience while in a direct operational role   You Will Excite Us If You Have: Global leadership experience in the technology industry focusing on broadband A technical multi-disciplinary background.
