Overview

Cash Management Technology provides the technology for payments, one of the most fundamental and critical capabilities of the Corporate Bank’s Cash Management business. Our platforms sit at the heart of Deutsche Bank and our business partners and clients rightly have the highest expectations for transformative delivery and innovative solutions, with a continuous focus on scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do

Work on global platform for payment processing as a Software Engineer

Design and development, perform code reviews, co-working with Quality Assurance (QA) team on test automation, rollout of new features

Contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap, integrate business value with experience and contribute to building an engineering culture within the team

Deliver high quality software and to be passionate about software engineering

Have a proficient understanding of software development concepts

Responsible to develop easy to support software and liaise with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to factor in their requirements

 

Skills You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related areas with working experience in Java technologies

In depth knowledge of core Java, Spring and Spring Boot; Strong Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services

Hands-on knowledge of Kafka/IBM Message Queue (MQ) messaging; Knowledge in a scripting language such as Linux

Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular JS/Angular, HTML, CSS, Oracle database, Structured Query Language (SQL) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) Technologies

Experience with modern continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, helm. Experience using test driven development or design (TDD) and behavior driven development or design (BDD) practices
