Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Expertise of Marketing automation technology and Customer Relationship Management 
  • Thorough knowledge of selling, configuring, quoting, pricing, ordering and billing practices
  • Experience selling, demonstrating and/or implementing Oracle Eloqua or competitor products
  • 5+ years business software professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, advanced degree a plus
  • Record of running complex projects involving various work streams with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build relationships with partners and users and balance tradeoffs of needs and challenges 
  • Results oriented with strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
  • Growth mindset; always looking to learn and improve oneself
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills

Who you will work with:

Partner with product marketing and product development to identify the high-level trends in the industry, and highlight the benefits and value Oracle solutions bring to customers.

Collaborate with field sales, sales engineers, customer success teams to build content that is relevant to their roles and that will help them progress during their career at Oracle.

Interact with instructional designers, creative teams and audio-video specialists to design user experiences that engage our audience while helping them accomplish their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be a key member of our applications content team and will focus on solutions that cover the lead to order process. You will develop learning that will emphasize best practices in selling, positioning and demonstrating Marketing Automation technology. You will collaborate with experts in the front and back office fields to build messaging that emphasizes Oracle’s lead in enterprise applications.

You will develop learning that reflect Oracle’s brand and will serve global and regional sales units as well as our ISV and professional services partners. You will lead key projects and initiatives, managing stakeholders committees and build teams to create quality and timely training.
