T&M Emerson is seeking R&D Engineering Interns to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic research and development environment. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers on real projects, contributing to the product development lifecycle across various engineering disciplines, including Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Test, and RF Engineering.

Responsibilities

Support engineering projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Participate in design, development, prototyping, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve product performance.
Apply engineering principles and academic knowledge to real-world applications.
Document findings, test results, and recommendations throughout project execution.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Programming knowledge in C/C++ (for Software Engineering Intern).
Understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfacing, computer architecture, or object-oriented programming (for Software Engineering Intern).
Understanding of mechanical design principles and product development processes (for Mechanical Engineering Intern).
Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks (for Mechanical Engineering Intern).
Knowledge of electronic circuits, digital logic, embedded systems, analog circuits, or power supply design (for Hardware Engineering Intern).
Interest in circuit design, simulation, debugging, and laboratory measurements (for Hardware Engineering Intern).
Interest in test methodologies, measurement systems, automation, hardware-software integration, and data analysis (for Test Development Intern).
Knowledge of RF fundamentals, circuit design, testing, or wireless communication concepts (for RF Engineering Intern).
Interest in validation, sustaining engineering, and manufacturing support activities (for RF Engineering Intern).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on project, laboratory, or academic team experience.
Familiarity with engineering simulation, testing, or development tools relevant to the discipline.
