  • Guide sales and customer service, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of personal goals, ensuring alignment with company, functional, and team objectives.
  • Actively learn about IKEA's product range and services to stay updated on commercial priorities and activities, maintaining sales guidance capabilities.
  • Provide feedback on data improvement needs to ensure all employees have the necessary knowledge to meet customer needs.
  • Put IKEA's social and environmental commitments into practice to promote sustainability.
  • Gather relevant customer insights to help other Ingka departments improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of IKEA's corporate image, core values, and vision for creating a better everyday life for the many people.
  • Professional knowledge of IKEA products and services, and basic knowledge of home design.
  • Deep understanding of remote customer behaviors and interactions across various channels.
  • Understanding of how to measure individual performance and its role in achieving business goals.
  • Familiarity with IKEA's brand image, communication tone, and channel-specific communication requirements.
  • Familiarity with IKEA sales techniques and sales guidance.
  • Understanding of relevant sales and service processes.
  • Basic awareness of relevant Ingka systems and tools.
  • Proficient data/computer skills.
  • Strong business mindset, able to guide sales in a polite, friendly, and trustworthy manner.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, willing to share knowledge and insights.
  • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to adapt communication to the channel.
  • Ability to multitask using modern tools and systems in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to communicate accurately, confidently, and clearly in the local language across channels.
