We are seeking an experienced Tester with expertise in validating Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, data conversions, and production support releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, testing methodologies, test automation, and end-to-end business process validation. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Validate Workday configurations against business requirements.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End testing.
Verify security roles, business processes, notifications, and approvals.
Validate Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, data conversions, and production support releases.

Requirements

Experienced Tester with expertise in validating Workday implementations, enhancements, integrations, data conversions, and production support releases.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of test automation.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process validation.
