Sandvik Mining is seeking a Warranty Analyzer for a permanent, full-time position in Tampere, Finland. The role involves processing warranty returns, conducting failure analysis, reclaiming components from suppliers, and managing a small-scale component overhaul function. Responsibilities

Process, receive, and forward warranty returns.
Conduct failure analysis and reclaim components from suppliers.
Manage small-scale component overhaul function ('2nd-hand Inventory').
Offer and sell repaired parts to Sandvik's sales companies.
Participate in warranty claim handling and analysis of field and quality feedback.
Influence the continuous improvement of products and services.
Cooperate with international sales companies, factory warranty handlers, product support, service, engineering, production, and suppliers.

Requirements

Technical education suitable for the position and/or versatile technical knowledge gained through work experience.
Customer service orientation.
Cooperative, self-initiative, and analytical working methods.
Fluency in English and Finnish language skills.
Ability to pass a specific health examination if working at customer sites.
