Responsibilities

Receive, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform core and support processes in the assigned area using available systems and tools.
Contribute to high goods availability through accurate and on-time execution.
Adhere to all IKEA health, safety, and security rules.
Ensure optimized daily operations by working in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused omnichannel retail environment.
Proven ability to follow operational procedures, action plans, and established work methods.
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Desired Qualifications

Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift experience is considered a strong asset.
