In short

The Treasury Specialist supports day-to-day Treasury operations, executing payments, monitoring cash, and performing financial analysis. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, advanced English, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day Treasury operations across the Americas.
Ensures accurate and timely execution of supplier, payroll, tax, employee, and other payments.
Monitors cash positions and cash flows.
Supports cash-pool and surplus-fund activities.
Maintains banking controls and documentation.
Performs treasury-related financial analysis.
Responds to internal and external audit requirements.
Collaborates with Corporate Treasury in Sweden and regional stakeholders.
Works in a high-volume, multi-entity, and multi-currency environment.
Works closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Foreign Trade, local Finance teams, partner banks, and Corporate Treasury.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced English skills.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in corporate Treasury, banking operations, cash management, Finance, or a related field.
Previous exposure to high-volume payment environments, multiple legal entities and bank accounts, and multi-currency cash operations.

Desired Qualifications

Experience supporting regional or shared-services operations is preferred.
