Responsibilities
- Facilitate flow of information between different stakeholders (Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
- Address potential issues such as appointment bookings, reschedules, in-transit disruptions, and weather impact situations.
- Perform tasks such as load scheduling, load cancelations, network capacity management, and coordinating with non-Amazon transportation organizations.
- Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers, Shippers, Drivers) and internal customers (Amazon sites, business teams and stakeholders).
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Systemically escalate problems to relevant owners and teams and follow through to closure.
- Work with Amazon Internal tools, MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Understand business impact of trends and make decisions in the best interest of customers and the organization.
- Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
- Support rotational shifts (24/7, 365 days) for NA and EU regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
- Experience with SQL.
- 0–5 years of experience in customer support/operations support.
