Responsibilities

Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical storage incidents.
Oversee configuration, optimization, and capacity planning for enterprise storage systems.
Implement and refine operational processes and automation scripts.
Ensure compliance with client SLAs by monitoring storage health and coordinating escalations.
Mentor and guide support engineers in advanced storage operations.
Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging storage technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align storage infrastructure with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Advanced Expertise in NetApp File Storage Systems and ONTAP Management.
In-depth Knowledge of IBM Spectrum Scale Configuration and Integration.
Proficiency in using storage management tools like EMC Unisphere, NetApp System Manager, and IBM Spectrum Scale GUI/CLI.
Strong Understanding of Storage Network Protocols (NFS, SMB, CIFS) and Data Protection Strategies.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Mentoring Abilities in complex, large-scale operational settings.

Desired Qualifications

EMC Proven Professional Certification (EMCIE or equivalent) is valuable.
NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) is valuable.
IBM Certified Specialist – Spectrum Scale is valuable.
