Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung und Pflege von Verkaufsaufträgen und Angeboten im ERP-System.
- Prüfung der Kundeneingangspakete auf Richtigkeit und Kommunikation mit Kunden.
- Pflege des Kundenseitigen Lieferplans.
- Verwendung von CRM-Software zur Protokollierung von Notizen und Kundeninformationen.
- Teamorientierung und persönliche Motivation zum Erfolg.
Requirements
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine Kombination aus Ausbildung und Erfahrung in einer vertriebs- und serviceorientierten Rolle.
- Klares Verständnis der für den Erfolg erforderlichen Vertriebsprozesse.
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint.
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zum Multitasking.
- Starke Telefonfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben und effektiven Zeitmanagement.
Desired Qualifications
- Frühere Erfahrung in einer vertriebs- und serviceorientierten Rolle ist ein Plus.
- Bilingual Spanisch ist ein Plus.
- Persönliche und eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Kompetenzsteigerung in der Rolle.
