Microsoft ISD is seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to embed with strategic customers, designing and implementing agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of AI systems, risk mitigation, and end-to-end delivery from architecture to production-ready implementations.

Responsibilities

Embed with customer stakeholders to understand business workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and deliverables for GenAI/agentic scenarios.
Design and implement agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, M365 Copilots, Power Platform, Azure) including integrations and automations.
Prototype rapidly, build POCs for agentic workflows, validate with users, and evolve to production-ready implementations with testing, monitoring, and secure deployment patterns.
Own end-to-end delivery from architecture through implementation, including build/test specifications, quality gates for GenAI outputs, and operational guides.
Identify and mitigate business/technical risks specific to AI systems (data access, prompt injection, hallucinations, privacy, compliance, latency, cost).
Support deployment and live stabilization, troubleshoot integrations and model behavior, and ensure successful go-live.
Co-engineer with customer teams to ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Build agentic workflows that invoke tools/APIs safely with guardrails, validation, and auditability.
Implement evaluation strategies to measure output quality, groundedness, safety, and business impact.
Capture repeatable assets and share feedback loops with internal teams.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Migration & Security, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Copilot Extensibility (M365 & D365), and Azure Fabric & Azure AI Foundry is highly desirable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field AND demonstrated experience delivering production software solutions (or equivalent experience).
15+ years’ experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365 / M365 Copilot/ Power Platform / Azure), including integration, security, and deployment in customer environments.
Proven experience delivering hands‑on, production-grade solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
Proven delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions, M365 Copilot Solutions, plus experience building AI-infused workflows.
Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI‑assisted workflows, or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
Certifications and/or experience in Azure Solutions, Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot and Power Platform; exposure to Azure AI services and GenAI solution patterns is a strong plus.
Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and operational readiness (observability, incident response) strongly preferred—especially for AI systems.
Desirable experience includes Azure solution development, Contact Center solutions, Copilot Studio, and building GenAI/agentic experiences.
Excellent communication skills to explain AI behaviors, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Trusted customer-facing engineering presence: collaborate deeply, pair-build with customer teams, and transfer knowledge.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, including AI-specific failure modes and enterprise constraints.
Individual contributor role requiring influence without authority through strong engineering judgment, structured problem-solving, and crisp stakeholder communication.
Comfort working across time zones and blended onsite/offshore models; thrives in fast-moving, customer-embedded delivery.

Implements guardrails and evaluation to ensure reliability, groundedness, safety, and cost/performance targets.
