We are looking for a Technician (Blue Collar) with manual operation skills to perform preventive maintenance on diesel vehicles in Guadalajara, Mexico. This full-time, permanent role involves learning the profession and developing skills to achieve more complex repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure support to technicians for vehicle maintenance or repair.
Guarantee the correct stamping of the work being performed.
Ensure process flow by communicating that the work has been finished.
Achieve the implementation of improvement proposals.

Requirements

One year in a similar position.
Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
Knowledge of Scania products and services.
Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.

Desired Qualifications

High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
