Responsibilities

Support daily pre-sales activities by maintaining project tracking lists and managing Salesforce records.
Assist with the preparation and revision of commercial proposals.
Coordinate and execute pre-sales activities with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Manage technical and commercial information throughout the proposal development process.
Prepare reports, monitor ongoing activities, support projects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience in technical pre-sales and proposal management.
Support internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical field).
Completed at least four academic semesters.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in technical solutions, project coordination, and commercial processes.
Ability and willingness to work primarily from the office during the onboarding period.

Desired Qualifications

Previous internship, cooperative education, or professional experience in a multinational company.
Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Interest in industrial automation, manufacturing, or engineering-driven industries.
Curiosity about the commercial and business aspects of technical solutions and customer engagement.
