Responsibilities

Design, develop, and unit test innovative switch and router products.
Collaborate within an agile team, taking on both development and unit testing responsibilities.
Own the end-to-end process, including feature design, coding, unit testing, support feature testing, support regression testing, and help creating automation test scripts.
Contribute to comprehensive documentation and play a key role in ongoing product maintenance and improvement.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in building and supporting resilient network systems and platform services.
Strong understanding of networking and distributed computing concepts.
Proficiency in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols, including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, ARP, ND, IPv6, RIB, and BFD.
Solid grasp of routing principles and client-server architecture.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Strong C/C++ programming skills, particularly in software development for L2/L3 Ethernet switches or routers.
In-depth understanding of networking technologies and related protocols.
Ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Fluency in English (both speaking and writing) is essential.

Desired Qualifications

Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent field.
Independent thinking and a quick learning ability.
A proactive mindset, positive learning attitude, and strong professional and personal integrity.
Familiarity with helping automation testing and agile/scrum methodologies is a plus.
