Als Technical Account Manager sind Sie der primäre technische Ansprechpartner für einen oder mehrere Kunden, der hilft, den Betrieb geschäftskritischer Anwendungen zu planen, zu debuggen und zu überwachen. Responsibilities

Plan, debug, and oversee ongoing operations of business-critical applications.
Troubleshoot application, network, database, and architectural challenges.
Use internal AWS Cloud tools, existing knowledge, and toolkits for troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Provide technical consulting talent to customers navigating AWS Cloud operations.
Support customers' creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on infrastructure, troubleshooting, systems administration, networking, DevOps or applications development experience.
Work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
Experience in external enterprise customer-facing role as a technical lead.
Strong oral and written communication skills, presenting to both large and small audiences.
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: software design or development, content distribution/CDN, scripting/automation, database architecture, IP networking, IT security, BigData/Hadoop/Spark, operations management, service oriented architecture.
